Hola!
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, under the fiery sign of Leo,
I come from a diverse and loving family with rich cultural backgrounds, blending Quechua, Spanish, and Jewish heritage.
After a fulfilling career as an art director in advertising,
I embarked on a transformative journey, transitioning to life as a certified E-RYT500 yoga teacher and embodiment coach.
When I'm not immersed in teaching, you'll find me soaking up
the sun, studying, or exploring the natural beauty of Ibiza.
Who am I?
This is my favorite question, and you will keep hearing it from me as well! I am many: human, woman, friend, wife, Shakti, daughter, sister, mother, teacher, guide, and simply myselfโthe purest essence to which I am connected on my journey.

I live a life that I intentionally designed, filled with love and adventure alongside my two teenage boys and my partner. We reside in a serene finca nestled in the forests of North Ibiza. Our home is shared with a mix of furry friends, from dogs and cats to geckos and even a hedgehog. Of course, I have also learned how to accept and transform the 'coconuts' that life throws at me.

My greatest inspiration arises during sunset strolls through our garden, where I immerse myself in the vibrant colors of this magical island. On rainy days, you'll find me cozied up by the fireplace with a comforting cup of chai - or a mate tee in my hand.

As an avid creator, I find joy in journaling and exploring the world of design. Pencils are my trusted companions, whether I'm sketching or jotting down ideas. Books have always held a special place in my heart, fueling my passion for storytelling and self-discovery.

Yogalife Teacher Trainings
Every single training with Yogalife paved the way for authenticity and profound self-discovery, revealing facets I might have overlooked otherwise. It was ~ and keeps being ~ a constant jump into self-discovery.
From being a student, to participating in the unique Continuous Education Program (CEP), then progressing to the role of coordinator, assistant teacher, and eventually becoming the main teacher, and now, as a senior teacher in the school, I feel deeply connected and immensely grateful.
Nowadays, I teach in the 200-hour Yogalife Teacher Training in Cologne, Germany, and Geneva, Switzerland.
I co-train with Sanjeev in the Advanced Teacher Training Sadhana, as well as the Pranayama Course, open to advanced teachers and to everyone that breathes. Both are taking place in Ibiza.
I also created my signature Retreat โLumicaSoulโ in which
I share the essence of my own soul journey, combining Antastha Yoga, Pranayama, Sankalpa creation, family constellations, as well as different techniques that supported my evolution.
I mentor many students and people online to create a joyful and authentic life.
Life is a journey in which thereโs nowhere to arrive.
My teacher training was the launching platform for me to tap and dive into a potential that was already in me.
