REGISTRATION

All registration orders are subject to acceptance by Lumica Soul. Lumica Soul will not be bound by any terms or conditions of the customer's registration order that are inconsistent.

PAYMENT

Fees for any of the offered events shall be in accordance with the prices listed on the Events Fees Page on the website and in effect on the date of order registration of the event. Lumica Soul reserves the right to adjust such fees at any time without notice.

Any bank transfer fees are to be borne by the applicant, and the reverse charge fee applies for VAT in the EU.

CANCELLATION

Please be absolutely sure that you can attend the dates and wish to fully participate in the event before confirming your booking. Participants who cancel the event before the start date may notify Lumica Soul by email. Any refund will be based on the date of the written cancellation request received by Lumica Soul (see Refund Policy below).

Lumica Soul accepts no responsibility for cancellation, delays, changes, or losses caused by acts of God, war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents, or any other events beyond our control. This includes injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions of participants developed during or subsequent to the event, as well as loss of, or damage to, personal property during the event.

In the unlikely event that a Lumica Soul event is canceled by Lumica Soul, 100% of the payment will be refunded, or an alternative event placement will be offered according to the circumstances. Where an enrollment is canceled by a participant for any reason, the deposit and/or administrative fees are not refundable.

Transfer of deposit to another event, for exceptional reasons, will be at the discretion of Lumica Soul management (see Refund Policy below).

If a participant drops out after the event has begun, there will not be a refund (see Refund Policy below).

Lumica Soul accepts no responsibility for flight costs in the event of cancellation of the event. The organization is not liable for any flight cancellation, rescheduling, delays, or other travel expenses.

Participants retain control and direction over all their physical and mental activities and voluntarily assume full liability and accept the risk of harm, including physical injury and discomfort, as a result of their participation in activities during the any of the programs and/or events.

Lumica Soul reserves the right to cancel any enrollment of those who we deem, in our sole discretion, to be disruptive, physically or mentally unfit to participate, under the influence of any substance, or whose presence may create safety issues for themselves or for others.

PERSONAL LIABILITY

Although great care is taken, the participant is entirely and solely responsible for their own safety, health, and general well-being.

Please advise Lumica Soul team at the time of enrollment and acceptance into the event of any known injuries, ailments, disabilities, medication you are taking, or anything else that may affect your ability to fully participate in the event.

However, you are responsible for taking preventative measures/actions—i.e., be sensible; if it hurts, causes any pain or strain, do not do it. The participant is entirely and solely responsible for their own belongings and valuables.

It is the responsibility of the participant to inform Lumica Soul of any change of address, contact phone number, or email address, both before and after receipt of the training, products, or goods (i.e., events correspondence components).

Please note that our preferred method of contact for participants is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.

AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

1. That I am participating in the event/teacher training/workshop offered by Lumica Soul, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, family constellations, and health. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I am also aware that the work with Family Constellations can be emotionally challenging, and I am fully responsible for my participation.

2. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in the event/teacher training/workshop.

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the event/teacher training/workshop, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the event, including any and all activities done with the event/teacher training/workshop group, or as an individual.

4. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the event/teacher training/workshop, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Lumica Soul for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the event.

I take full responsibility for my behavior and my acts.

I, my heirs, and legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Lumica Soul and its staff for any injury or mishap caused by any fortuitous events.

5. Cancellation Policy - Lumica Soul reserves all the rights to suspend the participation at any time without any previous warning and without any reason. I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

The application/administrative fee for events of € 450* (CHF 450* for events held in Switzerland) is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

The application/administrative fee for advanced teacher trainings of € 750* (CHF 750* for events held in Switzerland) is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

If an enrollment is canceled by a participant for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.

The transfer of the deposit to another event, for exceptional reasons, will be at the discretion of the Lumica Soul management. (*) This application fee may vary for events and other programs.

Special Offers that are advertised as “non-refundable” are non-refundable and require a participant's full commitment. The transfer to another event, for exceptional reasons, will be at the discretion of the Lumica Soul management.

Cancellation 30 or more days before the start date of the event: the event fee, excluding the application and administration fee, will be returned.

Cancellation 6 - 30 days before the start date of the event: 80% of the event fee, minus application and administration fee, will be returned.

Cancellation 0 - 5 days before the start date (or during the event) of the event: no refund.

If the participant wishes to transfer to a future event or program (within one year from the original event), 50% of the cost may be applied with the approval of Lumica Soul management.

The agreed event fee must be completely paid by the starting day of the event.

Any event is subject to a minimum of 10 participants to take place.

Lumica Soul reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event or program and is not liable to anyone in the unlikely event that it is postponed or cancelled. If you are making any travel arrangements prior to this confirmation, we would advise you to subscribe to a cancellation insurance as Lumica Soul will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to the cancellation of your travel.

USAGE OF PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Pictures taken during Lumica Soul events and programs may be used in a promotional capacity on various platforms. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants give full permission for this information to be released.

Lumica Soul retains no liability for the use of pictures or videos taken by participants during the event.

Photos and videos taken by participants during the event are deemed to be for learning and personal use only. Sharing this information with third parties or for financial gain without full permission of Lumica Soul is strictly prohibited.

USE OF MATERIALS
Materials that are part of any Lumica Soul including but not limited to event and program manuals, the general layout of the Lumica Soul website, logos, designs, trademarks, and web page content are the property of Lumica Soul. Using this information with third parties or for financial gain without full permission of Lumica Soul is strictly prohibited.

1:1 SESSIONS AND PACKAGES

All Sessions value is subject to a 21% Spanish VAT (included)

Cancellation Policy: Kindly note, any cancellations within 24 hours of your session will be charged at the full rate or deducted from your package, unless arranged otherwise.

Usage Period: The sessions are designed for use within a maximum of 3 months, ensuring a flexible yet focused approach to your growth.

Validity Period: Your transformative journey begins on the date of purchase.

POLICY MODIFICATION
It may be necessary for us to review and revise these Terms and Conditions. Lumica Soul reserves the right to review and change these terms and conditions at any time. If revised, changes will be posted on the website.

Upon submitting the application, you fully and voluntarily agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have both read and fully comprehended their contents. If you have not read, understood, or do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not proceed with your application.

This Terms and Conditions apply for any event/teacher training/workshop/program or any sort of offering by Lumica Soul.
